Tara has a specialty in creating positive space in organizations for neurodiverse thinkers. She supports the successful creation of content, process, policy, and environments that promote a diversity of people to thrive. Community Leader and Lifelong Learner
In addition to Tara’s professional career, she is also very involved in the community as a volunteer, learner, mentor, and speaker. Personally, she is a self-acknowledged geek, has a formidable vinyl collection, and still laments that her mom sold her comprehensive Star Wars figure collection years ago while she wasn’t looking! Tara is an adventure lover; she continues to hone her skills in scuba diving and promises to learn stick shift someday. Tara values her time with her family and has a deep devotion to lifelong learning because the world is immense and life is short.
