Tara has a specialty in creating positive space in organizations for neurodiverse thinkers. She supports the successful creation of content, process, policy, and environments that promote a diversity of people to thrive. While her passion has led her to work on matters of neurodiversity, accessibility, and inclusion, her portfolio of consulting work spans many areas.
Community Leader and Lifelong Learner
In addition to Tara’s professional career, she is also very involved in the community as a volunteer, learner, mentor, and speaker. Personally, she is a self-acknowledged geek, has a formidable vinyl collection, and still laments that her mom sold her comprehensive Star Wars figure collection years ago while she wasn’t looking! Tara is an adventure lover; she continues to hone her skills in scuba diving and promises to learn stick shift someday. Tara values her time with her family and has a deep devotion to lifelong learning because the world is immense and life is short.
